About our workshops

In every workshop our goal is to Entertain, Educate and Inspire all attendees. Our team comes with a high level of energy, knowledge and experience when it comes to wellbeing and workshop facilitation. Workshops are facilitated around our simple and practical wellbeing guide. This guide helps to breakdown wellbeing into three easy to understand pillars - mindset, connected and functional. This provides an opportunity for others to share what wellbeing means to them and how teams can acknowledge different perspectives and approaches to wellbeing. The guide provides a tool to support ones own wellbeing and those closest to them.

A BE360 wellbeing workshop is a perfect opportunity to introduce or support a wellbeing focus within the workplace. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space team members can explore wellbeing in a positive, supportive and fun environment.

Workshop details

Each workshop is guided by a pair of facilitators. We kindly request a minimum attendance of 9 participants. Our workshops typically span various timeframes: 2-hour sessions, half-day sessions, and full-day immersions. These durations are flexible and can be tailored to align with your workplace's unique context and scheduling.

The workshop encompasses the following components:

  • Personal Wellbeing Plan

  • Team Wellbeing Plan

  • Invitation to a wellbeing mastermind group

  • 90-Day Mental Fitness Journal (additional cost)
