FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Pele is a specialist in holistic health and culture building. He applies innovative approaches that challenges deficit thinking and focuses on potential instead. Pele’s background in functional strength and conditioning, gym ownership, and lifestyle coaching have culminated his skillset in designing and delivering health and wellbeing initiatives that create transformative change. He excels at empowering communities to become self-sufficient.

HOLISCTIC NUTRITION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Donelle is the Business Development and Partnerships Lead for BE360, bringing over 20 years of experience working with people, organisations, and communities. With a background in nutrition and a strong understanding of wellbeing, she draws on both professional expertise and lived experience to support sustainable habits that enhance long-term health and performance. Her grounded, practical approach focuses on building genuine connections and creating meaningful impact.

MENTAL FITNESS COACH
Paul has a background in Health & Wellbeing, particularly in gym ownership and sports recovery. He leverages this expertise to facilitate Wellbeing Workshops and serves as a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Through his combined knowledge of fitness and mental wellness, Paul empowers individuals to prioritise their physical and mental health, creating supportive environments for holistic wellbeing.

Vaughan is a seasoned community development expert with 15 years of experience in Suicide Prevention and Men's Mental Health. With a background as a Lecturer in Exercise Sport Science, he brings a holistic approach to promoting wellness. Passionate about men's health advocacy, Vaughan is committed to fostering supportive environments and implementing effective strategies to address critical issues.
